Dr. Farzan Sarhangi earned his dental degree from the Azad University in Tehran in 2003. He practiced in Tehran for several years before coming to the U.S.Since moving to the U.S., he has completed a periodontics course at the University of California, followed by a course in advanced implantology at UCLA School of Dentistry.
In 2015, Dr. Sarhangi received advanced clinical training in restorative dentistry at UCLA. He also attended the International Dentist Program at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, which earned him a U.S. dental degree.
For Dr. Sarhangi, dentistry is the perfect combination of science and fine art. He uses his knowledge, dexterity, and artistry to restore his patients’ smiles, self-confidence, and above all, their overall health.

In my life, I’ve always been inspired by my mother’s example as a medical nurse. Witnessing her care for her patients with such passion always made me feel proud of her, and motivated me to do the same. Therefore, when it was time for me to choose a career, I didn’t hesitate to choose dentistry.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, photography, and hiking with my wife and my little one.
